REPORT ON ARDUINO BASED ROBOTICS WORKSHOP
Event was organized by, Computer science & Engineering department, Sri Sairam College of Engineering, Anekal, Bangalore in association with SRISHA ROBOTIC ACADEMY from 21-03-2019 to 25-03-2019 i.e 5 days workshop for CSE branch. Totally 34 students participated from all semesters i.e. 4th, 6th, 8th. The resource people where from srisha robotic academy – Mr. Shashikanth, Mr. Sunil, Ms. Nithya, Ms. Hemalatha (All alumni students of our college). The workshop began with the inauguration session on 21/03/2019. The dignitaries were the resource people, Dr. Y. Vijaykumar, Principal SSCE, Dr. B. Shadaksharappa,Vice Principal & HOD CSE. The workshop was conducted in E-Shikshana.

Registration Fee per student – Rs.1000/-
Total Money Collected – Rs.34000/- (1000*34)
20% share to the department – Rs.4,804/- (Rs.141.3 per student)
Remaining amount given to Srisha robotic academy – Rs. 29,196/-
The expenditure of the workshop is as follows – Rs. 520/-
(Flower bouquet- Rs. 25, Water bottle – Rs. 30, Resource person food – Rs. 465/-)
Remaining amount in the department – Rs. 4284/-
Students felt that the workshop was useful in developing the different robots for their project work. Valedictory Function was done and one kit was given to the department by the organizing company.
