Department of Science & Humanities organised Har Ghar Dhyan campaign in association with Art of Living for all students of institution on 09/06/2023, which is an intiative of Ministry of Culture, Govt of India & VTU. Volunteers Shravan Kumar-IT professional, Neha Jayaprakash-IT Professional, Sumit Kumar Jha-IT Professional, Dilip Rathod-Founder of Midline Center, Nitin Kumar,-Big Four Project Manager & Arun P-QA at Swiss Reinsurance company (Alumni Department of Mechanical Engineering) had come on behalf of Art of Living. The campaign was organised for all 1st Year & 2nd Year students in AV hall, seminar Hall & respective classes parallely.
Dr Hari Krishna S, Head, Department of Science & Humanities welcomed the Guest, Dr B Shadaksharappa, Principal gave a special address. The campaign started with a small activity, breathing exercise like pranayama, mediation and ended with how to control emotions & stress through Meditation.
