Nature and Wildlife Club- activity-Nature Education Program and Eco Clubs — Kenneth Anderson Education Society, Hosur- 31-07-2023
The Nature and Wildlife Club, SSCE had organized a program on importance of establishing the nature clubs in educational institutions in association with Kenneth Anderson Education Society, Hosur at 12.30pm in line with observing SDG- 15, -Climate Action , life on land and life below water. The nature and wildlife club members assembled in the seminar hall to discuss the club activities .
Mr. Arvind Adhi, President, Kenneth Anderson Education Society, Hosur , Mr. Girish Rao and Mr. Prabhu addressed the students and briefed about the activities of the club. The club conducts various activities, technology based solutions for the wildlife protection and data processing, conducting sessions on nature in schools, creating forests, surveys and organizing bird watch etc..
Respected Management Representative Dr. R. Arunkumar addressed the students and briefed about the activities and credit transfer for the umanitarian activities they participate and motivated the students to associate the enthusiasts to make the motive to reach people. He welcomed the guests and expressed his happiness to the KANS club volunteers/members for visiting the campus inspite of their busy schedule.
Prof. Malini K V briefed about the activities and volunteering of student members to participate in upcoming activities of KANS. Mr. Girish Rao spoke about the technology and various environment friendly products from KANS. Mr. Prabhu Explained about bird watching and nature walks. Aslo, assured to organize activities in the campus in the future.
The meeting concluded with a happy note from student enthusiasts to take part in all the activities depending on the timelines consistently and t sustain the move with the continued enthusiasm. Prof. Malini K V, staff coordinator thanked all for the successful conduction of the event.
