International Yoga Day was organised by Department of Science & Humanities in association
with Yoga & Equilibrium,NCC & NSS on 21/06/2023 in the institution. Art of Living
Volunteers, Sumit Kumar Jha-IT Professional, Dilip Rathod-Founder of Midline Centre were
invited as resource persons for the day. Dr B Shadaksharappa, Principal welcomed the
gathering, Dr R Arun Kumar in his address enlightened the gathering about the benefits of
Yoga & why one as to practice Yoga in day to day life.
The resource persons started the day with a warm up followed by pranayama & many other
asana. The program ended with vote of thanks by Dr Hari Krishna S, Head Department of
Science & Humanities.
