Sahana HM (1SB17ME049) – 7th Sem Mechanical Student, Won 2nd place and received rupees 3000/-cash prize in MTS India National Level Story Writing Competition on “Fishing Technology-Energy and Communication” Organized by MTS (Marine Technological Society) INDIA SECTION and SRM MTS student chapter.
Unless you try to do something beyond what you have mastered, you will never grow. So why to lean only on the academics lets jump into a fantasy world and bring out the artist in us . if you know dance, come here let us dance ,if you know drawing come here let us make the world still more beautiful, if you know music, come here let us make everyone melt in our music. If you know interior decoration and sculptures let us create a new world. Because everything is fine in FINE ARTS.
Cultural events are organized every year to bring out the students hidden talents in them. The college is having its cultural club ‘Samskruthi’ functioning very effectively and is providing platform for the students to exhibit their cultural talents to the world. The college as it had committed in its Quality Policy to make our students good citizen, every year during cultural competitions it adopts a theme with social importance for the year and the events are conducted based on the theme.
