Bangalore Darshan-15/10/2023
First Year Hostilities where taken to Bangalore Darshan(Site seeing) to familiarise most common places in Bangalore. Students started from College Hostel on 15/10/2023, morning 8.30AM, after their breakfast. Firstly they were taken to Vidhana Soudha, Cubbon Park, High Court, Lalbagh, at Lalbagh students were served Lunch. From Lalbagh we moved to ISKCON through metro, familiarised metro then got Darshan of Lord Radha Krishna at ISKCON and Left to Orion mall. At around 7.00PM students left to college in college bus. Students enjoyed the day and took back lot of memories with them. Faculty Coordinator Dr Hari Krishna S, Dr Suvodip, Dr Rohith, Prof Raghavendra , Prof Kanivalan and Prof Adisha accompanied the students.
27th INDUCTION DAY PROGRAMME OF SRI SAIRAM COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING -21.09.2023
Sri Sairam College of Engineering organized its 27thInduction Day on the 21st of September, 2023 in honor of the first-year students who will be embarking on a new journey of education, growth and innovation.
77th Independence Day- 2023
Sri Sairam College of Engineering celebrated 77th Independence Day on 15th Aug 2023. Institution NCC unit had a parade in the campus by seeking permission of Principal. Floral tribute was paid to by all dignitaries to Freedom Fighters. Our tricolour Flag was hoisted by Dr B Shadaksarappa, Principal,Sri Sairam College of Engineering, other dignitaries like Sri Gopal R, PDO of Vanakanahalli, Sri Shamaraju, Social activist, Dr Arun Kumar R, Management Representative, Sri k Patel, Trustee were present. Vanakanahalli PDO and Indlawadi PDO and Sri Shamraj were honoured in this occasion.
Dr B Shadaksharappa proposed the presidential address and Dr R Arun kumar delivered special address. on this auspicious occasion Curtain raiser of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (SCE-UBA) was done in campus . Certificates were distributed to cadets who attended Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC). The day ended with vote of Thanks and distribution of sweets to all.

Selected papers will be published in a book with ISBN, students may not stick on to a given topic, any topic related to Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics- applications in Engineering is acceptable.

21st Induction day and Orientation Program was held on 17th and 18th Aug. 2017-18 for 1st year B.E Students for all branches. The Chief Guest for the program was Dr. U Ramesh, Regional Officer (Additional Charge) and Director AICTE, South West Regional Office, Bengaluru, Guest of Honor, Shri. Sreekanta Aradhya B, Chief Expert, Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru.
Fresher’s day was organized for 1st year students by the institution on 27/09.2017, all senior students are welcome their juniors in to the journey of engineering. Most of the senior students have presented their talents in the program. Students were asked to come ethnic wear
A field trip/ Bangalore rounds was organized to 1st year hostilities (boys) and entire girl’s hostellers on 2/9/2017 along with faculty. Students were taken to view Vidhana soudha, High court later entered into Vivesvaraya Technological Museum. Students had lunch at cubbon park then left to window shopping at MG road and Brigade road, After that students were taken to ISCKON via metro from Jaynagar metro station, had Lord Krishna darshan and Prasad then left to Jaynagar via metro. From Jaynagar metro station returned to college hostel via college bus safely
ISTE Activity- under ISTE student’s chapter, student activity “Student Behavioural and Presentation Skills” was organised for 1st year students on 14/02/2018 in 2 sessions, Ms. Ramya Nayak, Training and Placement Officer, ACS college of Engineering, Bangalore was the resource person for the program.
Paper Presentation: Nearly 32 students of 1st year have presented 11 different papers in an international conference i7C which was held on 16th and 17th November 2017.
Department of Science and Humanities, Sri Sairam College of Engineering has organized two days’ Faculty Development Program on “Empower Yourself” on 19th and 20th January 2018. Chief guest, Mr. Prabhudeva, and Mr. Phanendra, Guest of Honor, certified international yoga trainers, emphasizing the Significance of FDP Programs to upgrade the faculty skills to engender quality results with quality Teaching.
7. Project Exhibition: Five team of 1st year with 21 students were participated in project exhibition- PHYSICA-2018 on 13/04/2018 and won 2nd place which was held at AMC College of Engineering
Our students Abhishek S Shrekar, Ajith M, Ajay M, Jeevankumar won the 2nd place for their Rocket model works on the principle of Hydraulic Pressure.
8. Jayateertha G of 1st year B.E student found a bug in a subdomain of @Microsoft (imagineacademy.microsoft.com) which faced XSS (cross-side scripting) bug. Microsoft has recognized the efforts and published his name on their public security researcher acknowledgement page: “Security Researcher Acknowledgments for Microsoft Online Services”.icrosoft appreciated him by providing the following Swag:
