Fine arts club organized a “jewel making” session at our college campus for the club members on 30th August (Friday) 2019 successfully.
As a way to salute the martyrs, The National flag was hoisted by our dignitaries, welcomed the gathering. Prof.Sudhakar D Hegde, Principal SSPUC shared his views about the patriotism towards the Nation, Dr. Y.VijayaKumar, Principal SSCE and Mr. Binoy Mathew Director–Centralized Placement Cell-VTU, Dr.B.Shadaksharappa, Vice Principal SSCE, Sri. Patel PRO SSCE, Sri. Gajendra CAO SSCE, Mr. V.Bheemeswara Reddy, TPO SSCE and all HOD’s shared their views about Independence Day and facilitated the gathering.
Dept.of EEE and T&P cell jointly signed an MOU with M/S BIG WIN TECHNOLOGIES, HOSUR, TN to impart the domain based skill set training and internships required in core engineering industry placements represented by Ms Ambica, CEO held on 28.06.2019 at SSCE.
The Industry Consultant Project – Groundnut Thresher was ordered by Mr. Karthi of Nandana Gardens – Kalpakam Tamilnadu, carried out by our 2nd year Mechanical students along with Non-teaching staff of Mechanical Department, designed and fabricated in our college campus, successfully delivered the project to the customer through the transport.
As a part of Industrial visit, all Chemistry cycle students i.e., C and D section students were taken to Indian Institute of Science on 23/03/2019. Along with students the faculties Prof B. Jyothi and Dr. S Shailasree visited open day at IISc by college bus. Visited various departments like physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer science, Aerospace and many more where students came to know the ongoing research at various departments. After the visit we all assembled near Library and took a group Photo. Left IISc campus by 3.00 PM and Reached College by 5.00 PM Safely.

5 days workshop on ” Arduino “, Organized by CSE Dept. in association with SRISHA ROBOTIC ACADEMY,Bengaluru, held from 21-03-2019 to 25-03-2019
Event was organized by, Computer science & Engineering department, Sri Sairam College of Engineering, Anekal, Bangalore in association with i.e for CSE branch. Totally 34 students participated from all semesters i.e. 4th, 6th, 8th. The resource people where from Srisha robotic academy – Mr. Shashikanth, Mr. Sunil, Ms. Nithya, Ms. Hemalatha (All alumni students of our college).
SLMIC’s, Borewell Child Rescue Robot, has secured the overall winner with Rs.15000/- cash prize, in KARNATAKA STUDENT INNOVATOR AWARD 2018, Organized by ICT Academy, at Alliance University, Anekal, Bangalore, held from 22.03.2018 to 23.03.2018.

The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering have organized Program on “CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FIELD OF SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY” for the 6th semester as well as 8th semester students of Department of Electronics &Communication Engineering on 27th February 2019 @11.30pm to 1.00pm in seminar hall. The aim of the Program was to give awareness about the career opportunities in the semiconductor industry.
The training session was started with introduction of trainer and the session was handled by Mr. ARUN JOHN MATHEWS, manager of coreEL Technologies, Bangalore. Trainer presented about the career opportunities in the field of semiconductor industry. A large number of opportunities are available to get into the field of semiconductor industry. This kind of seminars will help a lot to the students.

Students of 6th Semester as well as 8th semester students benefited in this awareness program. Finally, program ended with clarification of doubts asked by the students.
